Our Sabre fencing Academy, is seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Sabre Coach (m/f) to join our team starting September 2025 (or earlier). Located in a central and modern facility in Amman, we offer excellent training conditions to support our athletes. Our club hosts national champions and athletes who regularly compete in International Competitions. Your role:
● Plan and implement comprehensive training programs and individual lessons for fencers across various age groups, including children.
● Foster strong, team-oriented relationships with our existing coaching staff.
● Develop and implement innovative training concepts, in close coordination with the Academy’s Director and the other coaches.
● Actively participate in national and international competitions, providing coaching support and guidance.
● Ready to attend training camps, both within Jordan and abroad, to enhance the development of the athletes. Your profile:
● You are a highly dedicated, experienced, and qualified sabre coach
● You have a proven track record in delivering effective training sessions and overseeing competitive performance.
● You possess strong communication and pedagogical skills, enabling you to connect effectively with athletes and colleagues.
● Your passion for fencing is evident, and you have the ability to inspire and motivate your students
● You are proficient in English. What we offer:
